By accessing or using JesusColoringPages.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are an adult, parent, guardian, teacher, or otherwise authorized to upload any photos you provide.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or legal authority, in the case of children)
• Upload photos that violate any laws (including child exploitation material, copyrighted images you don't own, or images of public figures without consent)
• Use our Service for any commercial resale of generated coloring pages without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse free generation quotas
• Generate content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful

Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.

4. Generated Content & Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload.

4.2 Generated Coloring Pages

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use generated coloring pages for:

• Personal use (printing, coloring, displaying in your home)
• Family activities
• Sunday school, classroom, and educational use
• Sharing on personal social media

For commercial use (selling, mass distribution, merchandise), please contact us for a commercial license.

4.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated coloring pages are produced by AI and may contain unexpected variations. We do not guarantee perfect resemblance, artistic quality, or absence of artifacts. By using our Service, you accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

5. Credits & Payment

5.1 How Credits Work

• 1 credit = 1 coloring page generation
• New accounts receive 2 free generations (no credit required)
• Additional generations require purchased credits
• Credits do not expire

5.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits are sold in one-time packages, not subscriptions
• All prices are in US Dollars
• Payments are processed by Creem or Stripe

5.3 Refund Policy

See our separate Refund Policy document.

5.4 Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit will be automatically refunded to your account.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or other reasons without notice.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Photos you upload (especially regarding consent)
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination:

• Unused credits are forfeited (except in cases of our material breach)
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
