Refund Policy

At JesusColoringPages.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Failed Generations (Automatic Refunds)
If a coloring page generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account — no action needed on your part.
2. Quality Disputes (Manual Review)
AI-generated content varies in quality. We do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with generation results, but:
- You can regenerate a coloring page with the same or different settings (this will use 1 credit)
- If you believe a generation has a serious technical defect (e.g., completely blank image, corrupted output), contact us within 7 days for review
3. Unused Credits
3.1 General Rule
Purchased credits are non-refundable once your account has been credited.
3.2 Exceptions
We may refund unused credits in the following cases:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: If you have not used any of the purchased credits, we will issue a full refund upon request
- Service unavailable: If our Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our failure
- Material breach: If we materially breach our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at ronfenrir@gmail.com with your account email and order ID
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
- We will respond within 3 business days
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly.
6. Fraudulent Purchases
If we detect fraudulent activity (stolen credit card, payment fraud, etc.), we will:
- Cancel the affected order
- Refund the legitimate cardholder
- Suspend the involved account
- Cooperate with law enforcement if required
7. Currency & Fees
- All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (USD)
- Refund amounts do not include any payment processing fees that may have been deducted by your bank or card issuer
- Currency conversion losses (if any) are not reimbursed
